The entire Adventist Health Amphitheater is ADA compliant, so please purchase the corresponding ticket to the area you would like to be in.

• For GA Level One - Each attendee can bring in a single towel/small blanket for seating areas (not to exceed 3’ x 5’) a single low profile chair (no more than 7″ from the ground to the seat, and no more than 24” from the top of the chair to the ground). Chair regulations are STRICTLY enforced.
• For GA Level Two - Each attendee can bring a regular lawn chair, single towel/small blanket for seating areas (not to exceed 3’ x 5’) a single low profile chair (no more than 7″ from the ground to the seat, and no more than 24” from the top of the chair to the ground). Chair regulations are STRICTLY enforced.
• Cameras with 3-inch lenses or shorter
• One clear unopened plastic water bottle
• Smoking only in designated areas of the venue
• Stroller with accompanying child
• Sunblock
• Sunglasses
• Bags in compliance with Bag Policy

All individuals and their belongings are subject to search. Anyone possessing PROHIBITED ITEMS will be asked to return them to their vehicles before being allowed to enter the venue or will be asked to dispose of the item/items in the garbage cans provided at the gate. 

Bag Size Limits

• The maximum size that a bag can be is 14" x 6" x 14". This includes ALL bags, purses, totes, fanny packs, diaper bags and medical bags.
• Bags do not need to be CLEAR. Bags that are clear must also adhere to the size requirements.
• Larger bags must be checked at the Valley Strong Credit Union ticket booth ($5 donation which will be donated to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).

Prohibited Bags

• Backpacks are NOT permitted (except single-compartment drawstring bags and single-compartment fashion “backpack-style” purses).
• Bags larger than the 14" x 6" x 14" size limit are prohibited.

Allowed Bags

• Purses (including fashion backpack purses) and diaper bags, provided they meet the 14" x 6" x 14" size limit.
• Drawstring bags that have one open compartment.
• Fashion-style bags with one open compartment.

Bag Check

• Oversize or prohibited bags may be checked into the Valley Strong Credit Union ticket booth for a $5 donation which will be donated to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
• Bag Check is located at the main General Admission entrance.

• Entering the venue without a ticket
• Occupying any seat or area without the appropriate ticket
• Throwing objects of any kind
• Irresponsible drinking or behavior
• Any distraction to the performance or performers
• Mistreatment to other guests or staff/personnel, including but not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontations, intimidation, or threatening behavior
• Any gestures and/or clothing that utilizes profane language or content that promotes fosters, or perpetuates discriminations on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, conduct or encouragement of illegal activity
• Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, security, ushers, ticket takers, or any other Spade Entertainment personnel will result in ejection from the location

• Any outside food or beverages (one sealed water bottle allowed)
• Coolers of any kind
• Pets (with the exception of proper service animals)
• Weapons of any kind
• Pepper spray or mace
• Air horns or noisemakers
• Laser pointers
• Musical instruments
• Professional recording devices of any kind
• Bicycles, skates, scooters, or skateboards
• Motorized personal vehicle (hoverboards or segways)
• Throwing type items
• Illegal substances or drugs
• Umbrellas, ez-ups, temporary shade elements
• Signs or banners
• Selfie sticks or tripods
• Flyers, samples, or promotional items
• Fire-creating objects

• All sales are final and there are no refunds.
• All shows are rain or shine. If the weather is in any way going to affect the production of the show, we will reschedule the date and your ticket will be good for the new date. If the date cannot be changed full refunds will be given within 30 days.
• If any shows are cancelled by the headlining artist and not rescheduled within 45 days full refunds will be given within 30 days. If a new date is secured your ticket will be valid. There is nothing you need to do.
• If for any reason any support bands cancel, Spade Entertainment will replace them with a comparable band. No refunds will be given.
• Spade Entertainment is not responsible for any travel costs for ticket holders in the event of any of these situations.
• In any event that a rescheduled date does not work for a ticket holder Spade Entertainment will offer a credit for a future show.
