The Tulare Police Department Property & Evidence Unit is comprised of a Senior Evidence Technician, Evidence Technician, and Property Room Assistant.

Property & Evidence is responsible for the storage and safekeeping of all evidence and property collected by the Department, as well as evidence collection and crime scene processing.

Have property being held by the Tulare Police Department?

Please fill out the Property Release Form linked below and submit to TPD-Evidence@tulare.ca.gov. You will be contacted by a staff member to schedule an appointment for property release. Property release is by appointment only on Wednesdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m.
