Beginning January 1st 2025, the City's Encroachment Permit Insurance Requirements have been updated.  Please review the "Insurance Requirements" link below for the new guidelines. 

Please call the City of Tulare Inspection Line (559) 684-4213 to schedule an inspection or email request to encroachmentpermits@tulare.ca.gov.  Inspection requests should be made 48 hours prior to the inspection day.  Inspections requested on Monday will need to be scheduled on Thursday of the previous week.
