On October 6, 2022, the City authorized Carollo Engineers, P.C. (Carollo) to prepare
this water, sewer, storm drain system master plan study. The Board of Public Utilities adopted the Master Plan document on July 18, 2024, which included the following tasks:
• Update the previous master plans.
•Conduct an analysis of the City's water supplies.
• Identify capacity deficiencies in the water, wastewater, and storm drainage systems.
• Develop feasible alternatives to correct these deficiencies.
• Plan the infrastructure that will serve future growth within the Urban Development Boundary (UDB).
