Expanding Tulare’s Entertainment and Retail Opportunities

The City of Tulare is actively pursuing opportunities to enhance its retail and entertainment landscape. Plans include attracting large-scale retail options, fine dining establishments, and “eatertainment” venues that blend great food with interactive experiences.

In addition, the City is evaluating the development of a new sports and tournament complex designed to host regional events and traveling teams—bringing year-round activity, tourism, and economic growth to the community.

To assess the feasibility of these opportunities, the City has partnered with Victus Advisors, a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in sports, recreation, and entertainment market analysis. Victus Advisors has completed two studies to help guide the City’s efforts:

• Phase 2: Financial & Economic Feasibility Study

Together, these studies provide valuable insights into market demand, community needs, & potential financial impacts.
