Are you an avid reader always on the lookout for new books? The Zip Books program is here to enhance your reading adventure! Readers can now request eBooks and eAudiobooks, making it easier than ever to dive into new stories and knowledge.

How It Works

Through a partnership with Califa, the Zip Books Program offers an innovative way to access digital books.

Here's a simple breakdown of the process:

1. Request Your Title:

If a book is not available at the Tulare Public Library or through California's Bookshelf on the Palace app, fill out and submit a request.

2. Title Purchase:

Califa purchases requested titles weekly. This ensures a wide array of books become available to readers in a timely fashion.

3. Notifications:

Once your requested title is available, you will receive an email.

4. Check Out:

You can then download the book directly from the Palace app (no holds).

How to Check Availability

Before making a request, check whether or not the book is available for checkout or available to hold in the Palace Project App. If not, you can request it through the links below.
