Step 2:  Download and complete all forms and gather all documents and information listed in the Application and Minimum Submittal   Requirements 

Step 3: Already prepared and ready to apply?

Visit our Front Counter and submit hard copies of a permit application, building plans and supplementary documentation.  (Additionally, a PDF copy of the plans and all supplementary documentation can also be submitted in an USB Drive)
