Applications for the 2026 Hometown Heroes Program are now available at the City Clerk's Office located at City Hall, 411 E. Kern Avenue, Tulare, or online. The City will start accepting applications beginning January 2, 2026 with a deadline for submission at 5 p.m. on March 6, 2026.
