This past Friday, the City of Tulare proudly welcomed Los Lobos as the first act in its 2025 concert series, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Zumwalt Park on Saturday. Following the events, the City identified a few final adjustments needed at Zumwalt Park. Once these are addressed, the park will be open daily to the public from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. We expect to provide a further update next week.
