Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tulare, California, at its regular meeting held December 17, 2024, reorganized as follows:

Mayor Patrick Isherwood, District 5; Term expires 2028
Vice Mayor Stephen C. Harrell, District 3; Term expires 2028
Councilmember Jose Sigala, District 1; Term expires 2028
Councilmember Terry A. Sayre, District 2; Term expires 2026
Councilmember Dennis A. Mederos, District 4; Term expires 2026

The mayor and vice mayor are selected amongst the members of the City Council for a two-year term.

The City Council holds regular meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Meetings are held in the Council Chamber at the Tulare Public Library, 491 North M Street, Tulare, California.

City Council members also serve on the Successor Agency to the Tulare Redevelopment Agency.
