Thank You! <br><br>You've got a sourdough starter, and perhaps made bread with varying degrees of success...or maybe you've been hesitant to try, looking for the secrets to creating perfect sourdough loaves.<br><br>Join Tulare County Master Food Preservers for a supersized 2-hour class on the ins and outs of making sourdough breads. We'll cover the basics about caring for sourdough starter, and provide our experience-based tips and tricks to baking delicious, nutritious, beautiful sourdough loaves. Participants will make a sourdough to bake at home.<br><br>Although it is not mandatory, this class is geared towards those who have previously attended the library’s Master Food Preservers’ Intro to Sourdough class, or anyone with beginning sourdough experience.<br><br>Ages 18+. All materials are provided.<br><br>Notice: This class will be offered on May 21st as well as May 23rd; the classes are the same.
