Join UCCE Master Food Preservers of Tulare County for a fun tutorial all about sourdough. In this supersized 2 hour class, you'll learn about creating and maintaining a sourdough starter, along with tips and tricks for using it to make focaccia, loaves and other recipes. Participants will make a sourdough starter and a focaccia dough to take home.<br><br>Ages 18+. All materials are provided.<br><br>Notice: This class will be offered on September 18th as well as October 16th; the classes are the same. You may sign up for one or the other, but not both.
