Join the Largest Book Club on the West Coast this Spring~

One Book, One Coast brings together library systems across California, Washington State, and Oregon for a shared community reading program that celebrates literacy, learning, community, and civil discourse. All participating libraries will read and discuss They Called Us Enemy by George Takei with physical copies of the book available to borrow as early as March 1 and unlimited digital copies of the eBook in English and Spanish available from April 1^st through June 6^th, 2026 on the Libby app by Overdrive.

Saturday Book Club: Please join us as we discuss the book They Called Us Enemy by George Takei, on May 9^th, 2026. You can request this book from our website or by calling the library.

Special Author Live Stream: Visit the library on Sunday, May 31^st, 2026, to attend a live broadcast of "Author Talk with George Takei." The library will not be open for regular use, but anyone from the public is encouraged to attend this special event, to enjoy the livestream!
