It's time again for the Annual Spring Carnival & Eggsstravaganza on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026, at Prosperity Sports Park from 5 pm to 7 pm. A special event filled with fun and eggs. There are train rides, bounce houses, bubble station, face painting, crafts, and more. 

 Join us for our Annual Spring Carnival, wristbands are $3.00/ person in advance and $5.00 on the day of the event. Wristbands can be purchased in advanced at the Tulare Parks & Recreation offices on 830 S. Blackstone. 

Wristbands cover: Egg hunt, bounce houses, train rides, crafts, face paint and more. 

Wristband age groups: 

Ages 2 & under

Ages 3-4 

Ages 5-7 

Ages 8-10
