Have you always wanted to try baking sourdough bread but found the information and process intimidating? Not anymore! Join UCCE Master Food Preservers of Tulare County for a fun tutorial all about sourdough. In this supersized 2 hour class, you'll learn about creating and maintaining a sourdough starter, along with tips and tricks for using it to make focaccia, loaves and other recipes. Participants will make a sourdough starter and a focaccia dough to take home.
Ages 18+. All materials are provided.
